MICEF Announces New Additions to Leadership Council
LANSING, Mich. (December 6, 2018)— Today the Michigan Conservative Energy Forum (MICEF) announced the addition of Emily Pallarito and Terris Todd to its Leadership Council. Pallarito first became involved with MICEF as one of five individuals chosen for the inaugural MICEF Fellowship Program in 2017. She currently works for Rivenoak Law Group and Rivenoak Consulting and is continuing to pursue a bachelor’s degree in community governance and public policy from Michigan State University (MSU) where she serves as the president of Protect Life at MSU. Pallarito is also an active 1stCongressional District Delegate for Otsego County.
Todd was elected to serve as the Michigan Republican Party Ethnic Vice Chair in 2017.He also serves as Chair of Education and Outreach for Calhoun County GOP. He is the first vice president of the Cereal City Chapter of B.I.G (Blacks in Government) and a member of the Michigan Republican Party African American Council to the Republican National Committee.
The MICEF Leadership Council is comprised of conservative leaders who believe Michigan needs to diversify its energy portfolio and move towards a true “All of the Above” generation mix, with an emphasis on transitioning to cleaner and more renewable forms of energy.

I am excited to be part of an organization that is taking an active leadership role to depoliticize the issues that matter and improve our state’s energy policy, economy, and environment to the benefit of all Michigan ratepayers.”
